EU Projects

Innovations in Our Company Thanks to European Funding!

European Funds support the development of modern technologies, enabling companies to invest in innovative solutions and increase their competitiveness. Thanks to this financial support, our company is implementing a range of projects that contribute to the dynamic growth of the medical industry and the automation of production processes.

Between 2006 and 2024, we completed 10 European projects, and we are currently working on another one, which is scheduled for implementation in 2025.

A Few of Our Projects:

  • Advanced Components for Medical Robotics

We have implemented an innovative CNC machining technology for steel and aluminium components used in medical devices. We have established a research and development infrastructure, and the modern laboratory was used to develop process innovations. These changes allow us to manufacture precise components for surgical robots and medical navigation systems.

  • Production of Innovative Medical Devices

Owing to the results of R&D activities, we have launched the production of groundbreaking medical devices, using advanced CNC machining technologies. We have integrated the outcomes of our own research, some of which are patented, as well as non-patented technological knowledge, into our operations, initiating the production of new products based on these innovations.

  • Transformation Towards Industry 4.0

The automation of processes and the implementation of smart technologies allow us to align our production with the highest standards of modern industry. We have purchased and implemented an automated robotic pallet changer for CNC machines, as well as software for optimising the production process and maintenance operations. The software relies on artificial intelligence algorithms, enabling us to monitor our environmental impact by optimising energy and raw material consumption, as well as tracking the ecological aspects of production.

We are actively responding to the European Union’s recommendations and staying ahead of the competition by implementing ESG in our company. How are we doing this? You can find out more on our dedicated ESG page >>Learn More<<

  • Advanced CNC Machining (Ongoing Project, Planned for 2025)

We are working on implementing modern machining technology for stainless steel components, which will further enhance the quality and competitiveness of our products for the medical sector.

Through these projects, we are not only developing our company but also setting new industry standards.
