The Quality Control Department is made up of experienced employees with extensive knowledge and many years of professional practice. They continuously improve their qualifications by participating in various internal training sessions and courses organised by external institutions. This ensures that we stay up to date, enabling us to meet the increasing market demands and our clients’ expectations.
Training topics include:
- Requirements of the ISO 9001 standard
- Supervision over non-conforming products
- Measuring tools
- Dimensioning and tolerancing, along with the interpretation of technical drawings according to ISO GPS standards
- Measurement uncertainty according to ISO 14253, VDA5, and ILAC-G8
- Periodic training on the operation and programming of coordinate measuring machines
- 5S, 8D, and FMEA methods
Advanced Measuring Laboratories
Our Quality Control Department consists of two fully equipped measuring laboratories that provide stable conditions for conducting precise and reliable measurements, with consistently maintained and monitored optimal temperature and humidity levels.
We have a wide range of modern measuring tools, including:
- 5 CMM machines, including the LEITZ machine with a scanning probe, achieving measurement accuracy of up to 0.7 µm
- 7 granite measuring plates with TESA electronic height gauges
- 2 microscopes
- 3 roughness measurement stations
- Brinell and Vickers hardness testers
- FARO measuring arm
- Mobile hardness measurement device
- Over 2500 pieces of hand-held measuring tools and gauges
All measuring tools are regularly calibrated, ensuring we maintain the highest level of precision in our production processes.
