We offer multi-axis precision machining of milled parts with dimensions up to 1000 x 900 x 1000 mm and turned components (shafts) with a maximum diameter of 700 mm and length up to 2000 mm, in accordance with Grade 6 accuracy.

Our core competency lies in medium-volume production runs ranging from 50 to 10,000 units. We do not provide mass production in millions, nor do we offer single-item manufacturing, except for the production of prototypes or reference samples intended for future serial production.

We machine a wide variety of materials including aluminium, alloy and special-grade steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, as well as special metals and engineering plastics such as medical-grade materials and others.

Production is carried out using either customer-supplied materials or our own, sourced through a well-developed supply chain including precision castings, die castings, forgings, cut blanks, shafts and more. All materials are supplied with the required certificates.

We offer comprehensive manufacturing services including necessary heat and/or surface treatments, performed by our trusted and certified subcontractors, taking full responsibility for both quality and timely delivery of the entire process.

To ensure high accuracy and repeatability, we use advanced tooling, presetting and measurement systems such as ZOLLER pilot 2 mT tool presetter and Haimer Power Clamp Economic shrink fit station. >>Read more<<
