Investment in 2022 – laser welding machine
In 2022, Bukpol expanded its technological capabilities by investing in a state-of-the-art laser welding machine. This is a fully integrated system that allows precise welding tasks to be carried out with exceptional accuracy and efficiency. The machine offers a unique combination of an ergonomically optimised hand-held laser welding system, a joystick controlled surfacing system and a precision CNC system. With four high-precision axes, short set-up times and easy CNC programming, the welding process becomes more efficient and flexible.
A state-of-the-art interface with a large colour touch screen and multi-function joystick allows intuitive operation without the need for advanced technical knowledge. The system offers an optimum balance between automation and ease of use, resulting in higher quality and repeatability of the elements produced.
